Bring the process
that keeps getting stuck.

A reply that takes too long to prepare. A deal file nobody trusts. A follow-up that depends on someone remembering. We'll look at what's happening and what would make the next step easier.

Start with a working session.

Choose one recurring process. We'll work backward from the result, examine the information and handoffs, and decide where a change would help.

What we work through

  • The decision or completed task you're trying to reach.
  • Where the information lives and where the work waits.
  • What AI can help prepare, and what a person needs to check.
  • The first change to test and how we'll judge whether it helped.

What you leave with

A written map of the process and a prioritized plan for the first change, including responsibilities, review points, and a way to measure the result.

What to bring

A description of the process, the tools you use, and an example of where it breaks down. Start with a general description in your inquiry; we can agree on how to review any sensitive material before the session.

If it needs a build,
we scope the build.

Sometimes the answer is a clearer handoff or a better working file. Sometimes a useful change calls for document tooling, an AI-assisted process, or a connection between applications.

Implementation support is a separate engagement. Before work starts, we'll agree on what is included, the fee, the delivery plan, and how we'll test and hand it over. The size of the job depends on the process and the systems involved.

A few practical questions.

Who is this for?

Independent commercial real estate brokers and small brokerage teams with a recurring process they can describe. A specific example gives us a much better starting point than a general plan to adopt AI.

Can my team join?

Yes. Tell me who does the work and who makes the decisions. We'll agree on the participants and session scope before booking.

Do we need new software?

We'll look at your existing tools first. If new software is needed, we'll account for its cost, setup, and maintenance in the plan.

What does it cost?

The working session is paid. I'll confirm the scope and fee after reading your inquiry, before you commit. Any implementation work gets its own agreed scope and fee.

What's taking longer than it should?

Tell me what you're trying to accomplish, where the process gets held up, and what you're using today. I'll reply about whether I can help and what a working session would cover.
