Hi, I’m Jeff.
I keep finding myself at the intersection of a business problem and a piece of software that ought to exist.
These days, that means commercial real estate and AI. I’m interested in how information moves through a business: where it gets lost, where it gets copied, and where someone has to stop and make a judgment.

A path through
real work.
My operating experience spans commercial insurance and commercial real estate. In both, the day is full of handoffs: collect information, check it, prepare a document, reach the right person, and follow through.
That experience shapes how I build. I care about whether the source is visible, whether a calculation can be checked, and whether the person doing the work can correct the system.
I’m now putting more of that thinking into AI workflows, document tools, and financial software. I’m also writing AI for Commercial Real Estate Brokers to make the underlying method useful beyond my own desk.
Baseball is part of my background, too. I played at USC. It belongs in the story of who I am, even as the focus of my work has changed.
